Looking to support autistic children? The Canucks Autism Network is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist in various programs across Victoria. You’ll work alongside experienced staff, focusing on inclusivity and meaningful participant engagement. This role provides opportunities for both individual and group support, while fostering the confidence and skills of participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create a welcoming and inclusive workplace
• Adapt activities to meet participant needs
• Support individual goals and development
• Maintain health and safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members

Requirements:
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Must pass Criminal Record Check
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Experience with autism is an asset
• Strong communication skills essential
