Baycrest Hospital is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for the Complex Continuing Care Unit (6E) on a permanent part time basis. The role involves planning, delivering and evaluating nursing interventions, in collaboration with the care team, to support medically complex older adults.
You will provide patient-centred care, contribute to care plan development, and address personal, activation, recreation and spiritual needs within a non-acute setting.
