Join Wolseley Canada as a Counter Sales Associate and be the first point of contact for our customers. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in plumbing and HVAC wholesale distribution.

Your main duty will be to assist customers directly, provide product knowledge, and ensure satisfaction through prompt responses and accurate order handling. Create quotations and maintain stock while fostering positive relationships with both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt product knowledge to walk-in customers
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions
• Prepare detailed quotes for urgent contracting jobs
• Pick and verify customer orders for fulfillment
• Assist with stock maintenance in the sales counter area

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in technical sales or customer service roles
• Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC markets is preferred
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of AS400 software beneficial
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
