Working in the Rehabilitation and Community Transition Program, this role focuses on delivering compassionate client care. You will observe and report changes in client conditions, ensuring effective communication with Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report client status to the nursing team
• Administer prescribed medications as per policy
• Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility
• Maintain qualified and ethical standards continuously
• Perform additional duties as needed for client care
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Graduation from Alberta-recognized Health Care Aide program
• Active registration with CLHA required
• Physical ability for lifting and transferring clients
• Related experience in a healthcare facility preferred
