This Staff-level PBP role at Clio requires a seasoned leader who aligns closely with our CFO and CPO, influencing top-tier talent and organizational health. You will blend strategic insights with practical execution, fostering trusted relationships and guiding HR best practices across multiple client groups. Your capacity to foresee organizational challenges will be key in delivering proactive solutions suited to our evolving legal technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as principal advisor for Finance and People strategies
• Partner with executive leaders for organizational planning




• Spearhead organizational design and transformation projects
• Advise on critical employee relations and compliance issues
• Coach senior leaders on team effectiveness and dynamics

Requirements:
• 10+ years of HR experience with senior responsibility
• Solid advisory experience in high-growth environments
• Expertise in organizational design and talent management
• Deep understanding of employment law and regulations
• Excellent communication and executive presence
