In this permanent, full time role, you will be the Program Director, Environment, reporting to the Executive Director. Your main focus will be on enhancing urban greenspaces and freshwater conservation efforts in Atlantic Canada. Utilize your leadership skills and expertise to design innovative programs while managing key relationships with stakeholders and grantees, ensuring impactful community development and ecological restoration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement impactful funding strategies
• Oversee grant management and monitor impact
• Foster engagement through workshops and forums




• Maintain clear communication with grantees and stakeholders
• Ensure operational efficiency in grant processes

Requirements:
• Advanced degree in conservation or related disciplines
• At least five years of experience in leadership roles
• Proven track record in grant design and evaluation
• Capability in networking and relationship building
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and grants management systems
