As the Work Integrated Learning Officer, you will work closely with faculty and program coordinators to facilitate industry partnerships and ensure that placements meet educational standards. This role demands a leader who is passionate about student development and excited about building programs that prepare graduates for their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate on-campus and off-campus placements
• Ensure student readiness for internship experiences
• Maintain relationships with industry partners
• Monitor the effectiveness of internship placements
• Develop initiatives to improve experiential learning
Requirements:
• Three-year college diploma or University Degree in relevant fields
• At least five years of relevant industry experience
• Solid project management and organizational ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical skills for data interpretation
