Responsibilities Collect blood samples and other specimens using phlebotomy techniques, ensuring patient comfort and safety
Prepare and process laboratory samples according to established protocols, maintaining sample integrity
Perform routine laboratory tests, including blood counts, urinalysis, and other diagnostic procedures
Accurately record data, analyze results, and report findings to supervising medical staff




Maintain strict adherence to safety guidelines, infection control procedures, and quality assurance standards
Assist with inventory management of laboratory supplies and reagents
Support laboratory staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, labeling specimens, and documentation
Experience Prior hospital or clinical laboratory experience is highly preferred
Proven proficiency in phlebotomy techniques with a strong understanding of medical terminology
Hands-on laboratory experience with diagnostic testing procedures
Strong data analysis skills to interpret test results accurately
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities to ensure exact documentation
Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a fast-paced healthcare setting
