Reporting to the Night Manager, this role combines guest service and auditing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or accounting, with a solid attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile daily accounting for room use and revenue
• Check guests in and out throughout the night
• Verify guest information and adjust charges as needed




• Prepare daily revenue reports and identify discrepancies
• Manage phone communications and address guest requests

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of guest service experience in hospitality
• Ability to work night shifts as required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and cash handling ability
