Key Responsibilities:
• Reception duties and phone call handling
• Conduct truck release operations with precision
• Perform and document grain grading procedures
• Support HACCP/CPRIS program maintenance
• Guide traffic to loading bins and pits effectively

Requirements:
• Proven customer service experience
• Knowledge of grain grading practices preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
