• Maintain kitchen cleanliness per Bureau of Prisons standards

• Store food safely according to regulations
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• One year experience serving 25+ people
• Must have a food handlers license
• Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commitment to complete annual training
