Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair facility systems and grounds
• Perform general indoor and outdoor property maintenance
• Conduct minor plumbing, carpentry,



and equipment repairs
• Manage routine maintenance on laboratory equipment
• Assist in coordinating projects with contractors

Requirements:
• 2-3 years in building or mechanical maintenance
• HVAC knowledge and basic plumbing experience
• Valid Class 5 British Columbia driver’s license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work on-call and shifts
