In this full-time position, you will provide vital support that helps individuals lead fulfilling lives. Your role includes personal care, community outings, and maintaining daily activity records. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals in achieving various life goals
• Provide home support including personal care
• Facilitate community outings and social activities
• Maintain accurate records of activities and goals
• Engage in meaningful, purposeful day-to-day support

Requirements:
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Explicit criminal record check (paid by CLS)
• Ability to maneuver a wheelchair
• Capability to swim independently
• Experience with person-centered approaches preferred
