In this role, the Senior Analyst will be essential in ensuring compliance with both U.S. and global quality standards in the QC laboratory. Your contributions will include collaborating with quality assurance teams, managing GMP documentation, and supporting documentation workflows. You will also play a key role in addressing deviations, change controls, and driving audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support management of QC-related quality records in eQMS
• Independently handle quality records of moderate complexity
• Facilitate the timely closure of quality records with minimal supervision




• Contribute to workflow improvements in eQMS as needed
• Provide QC input for cross-functional SOPs and documents

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years or Master’s with 3+ years in the field
• Proven experience in biotechnology Quality Control
• Knowledge of cGMP standards and laboratory operations
• Robust attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective written and oral communication skills
