The Role We are currently recruiting for two experienced Pipe Welders to join our Fabrication Shop team. We are looking for skilled tradespeople who are quality-focused, organized, and take pride in their work.
Please note: Both positions require specific, proven experience with Stainless Steel fabrication and welding.
Compensation/Benefits Competitive wage with excellent hourly compensation
Overtime after 8 hours per day
6% vacation pay and 4% stat holiday pay on all regular hours
Benefits after 90 days of employment (50% employer paid) - vision, health, dental, paramedicals, travel

Weekly pay
Duties/Responsibilities Fabricate and weld pressure piping, fittings, and vessels according to engineering drawings and specifications
Maintain shop quality standards and adhere to all project deadlines
Perform high-quality welding (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, etc.) as required
Collaborate with the Shop Foreman and fellow tradespeople to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive workspace
Identify hazards and comply with company safety policies and legislative requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work area
Education/Skills/Experience Journeyman B-Pressure Welder ticket
Valid CWB qualifications (current and in good standing)
Proven experience with industrial fabrication
For both positions: Demonstrated, extensive experience in Stainless Steel pipe welding is required
Ability to read and interpret complex shop drawings and isometrics
Strong troubleshooting and layout skills
Safety tickets: WHMIS 2015, First Aid, and valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
