Take part in HOOPP's analytics team as a Real Estate Portfolio Intern. This role focuses on data insights and reporting within a supportive hybrid workplace.

We are seeking a dedicated intern for an 8- or 12-month opportunity within our Real Estate Portfolio Management group. You will work with key tools including Argus Taliance and Tableau, while contributing to essential analytics for investment decision-making. This position emphasizes the importance of teamwork, innovation, and accurate data management in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce the semi-annual Real Estate Forecast reports
• Validate valuation and underwriting models for accuracy
• Collaborate on capital pacing plans and investment capacity analysis




• Maintain existing Business Intelligence dashboards
• Assist in ad-hoc reporting tasks for stakeholders

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in BSc or MBA in relevant fields
• Experience in finance, accounting, or analytics preferred
• Proficient in Excel, with knowledge of BI tools
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude toward learning
