Become a vital part of our Sources Community Living Services team as a Casual Community Living Worker. Engage, support, and foster independence for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism in a variety of shifts.

This role requires your passion for aiding people within a team-oriented team framework. You will be engaging with clients, guiding and coaching them towards a better quality of life. Your tasks will include maintaining safety protocols, building relationships, and supporting clients with dignity and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid individuals in daily activities and social participation

• Monitor progress and keep detailed notes

Requirements:
• Empathy and self-awareness in client interactions

• Knowledge of mental health and disabilities
• Physical ability to assist in various activities
