As a Senior Estimator, you will be pivotal in managing and developing estimates for significant construction projects. This role requires collaboration with project teams to influence strategies from budgeting to bid submission. Key Responsibilities:
• Create comprehensive estimates and takeoffs for projects
• Solicit and review pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and technical documents




• Identify project risks and competitive pricing strategies
• Lead bid submissions and tender closures

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in estimating ICI projects
• Strong knowledge of tendering and contract negotiations
• Experience with estimating tools like On-Screen Takeoff
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel and Word
