Elevate the member experience at the Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation as an Administrative Assistant. This role delivers essential office support to operations, governance, and career development initiatives.

As part of a dedicated team, you will administer and provide clerical support that enhances overall member services while facilitating the efforts of councils and committees. Your responsibilities will include preparing documentation, coordinating events, and engaging with teachers directly to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and format various administrative documents
• Coordinate and support committee meetings and events
• Collect and analyze information for effective presentations




• Assist in the annual budgeting process and expense tracking
• Create and maintain procedural manuals and workflows

Requirements:
• Completion of a one-year business course with 2-3 years of experience
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools like Teams and PowerPoint
• Proven organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service capabilities
• Demonstrated initiative and adaptability in tasks
