In this role, you will lead the Current Forest maintenance team and prioritize the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance strategies to optimize production efficiency and safety compliance. Requirements:
• Engineering or business-related degree preferred
• 5+ years in production settings
• Experience managing teams for 5+ years
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of PM, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies
