Reporting to the Field Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and effectively managing all HVAC maintenance tasks. Your role requires solid mechanical aptitude, as well as the ability to provide insightful advice on repair and replacement options for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high levels of customer service excellence
• Conduct diagnostic and repair tasks proficiently
• Advise on equipment replacement or repair options
• Promote Enercare's home services and products
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean vehicle

Requirements:
• Valid Gas Fitter license (1 or 2)
• 313D Air Conditioning license required
• At least 5 years of relevant HVAC experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of heavy lifting as necessary
