In this full-time role, you will report to the Head of Ticket Sales and focus on acquiring new fans while managing group ticket sales accounts. Your proactive strategies will enhance customer satisfaction and engagement for the Ottawa REDBLACKS and Ottawa 67’s. Ideal candidates will thrive in fast-paced environments and be skilled in both traditional and digital sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement plans for group ticket sales
• Manage accounts and grow existing business
• Utilize sales tactics like cold calling and emails
• Connect fans with diverse ticketing products
• Provide support during events and activations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Sports Business is an asset
• 0-2 years in sales or relationship management
• Solid organization and time management skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
