Shape resident care and operational excellence as Executive Director at Sturgeon Creek ll Retirement Residence. Drive efficient management of services, staffing, and quality standards for all residents.

In this full time executive role, you will oversee multiple operations including Food Service, Nursing, and Health & Wellness. Your leadership will focus on maintaining budgetary controls and addressing residents' needs through effective communication. Collaborate on developing policies and ensuring the continuous improvement of residence services to meet or exceed occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain budgetary control and maximize occupancy
• Direct all operations including Administration and Sales




• Review and approve monthly invoices for payment
• Communicate with residents and families about concerns
• Ensure ongoing Quality Improvement Program

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in Health Care or Retirement
• Strong leadership and management background
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Working knowledge of budget management
• Registered Nurse certification is a plus
