Engage in transformative research at the Canadian Institute for Safety, Wellness, and Performance (CISWP) as a full time Researcher in Ergonomics. Contribute directly to workplace health improvement through varied projects, engaging with field data collection and participant recruitment.
This role reports to the Director of Operations and emphasizes research in Ergonomics, Anthropometry, and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). Candidates with a Master’s degree in related fields will conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis. Engage collaboratively with teams and share results through publications and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct fieldwork, surveys, and laboratory measurements
• Analyze data and interpret findings
• Recruit and educate research participants
• Mentor Research Technicians in project methodologies
• Develop project schedules and maintain research equipment
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Human Factors or related field
• Completed research thesis required
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license for travel within Saskatchewan
