Lead major construction projects with First Onsite as a Commercial Superintendent. This rotational role involves overseeing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and managing documentation during 12-month contracts in Saskatchewan.

First Onsite is looking for hands-on Commercial Superintendents for major projects across three First Nations communities. This role supports large-scale construction and restoration efforts, with responsibilities including leading field staff and coordinating contractors. Comfort with technology and solid organizational skills are essential for success in this demanding position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily activities of field staff and contractors
• Ensure timely completion of safety documentation and reporting




• Monitor project progress and intervene when necessary
• Coordinate and communicate with project team members
• Maintain organization of timesheets and required paperwork

Requirements:
• Experience leading small teams in a hands-on environment
• Strong organizational skills for managing documentation
• Comfortable using technology for job-related tasks
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear required PPE
