Initial competition is now closed.
We are continuing to accept applications until a candidate is selected.

Oak Lodge is an 18 bed, short-term comprehensive assessment unit focused on supporting individuals with an age-related dementia, complicated by responsive behaviours that exceed the capacity of the community, hospital, or long-term care. The goal is to understand the reasons behind these changes and develop individualized care plans to improve quality of life resulting in decreased responsive behaviours.

This specialized unit is patient driven, recovery-oriented, and integrates patient wishes and goals through a wellness framework.
