What You’ll Do

Connect with and follow up with warm leads

Build rapport and understand homeowner needs

Answer questions and handle objections

Schedule appointments for our sales team

Work toward individual and team goals

Confident and comfortable talking with people

Full-Time Schedule Options

Thursday–Monday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM





Starts onsite in Byron Center with potential hybrid/remote flexibility after 90 days based on training completion and KPI performance.

Hourly base + uncapped bonuses

Typical earnings of $50,000–$70,000/year
