This position requires a leader with at least five years of payroll experience, capable of supporting diverse employee groups. As Payroll Supervisor, you will oversee all phases of payroll processing and compliance, while also shaping a service-oriented culture focused on team development and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee payroll for hourly union and non-union employees
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Serve as a resource for payroll issues and employee support




• Conduct reconciliations and month-end payroll activities
• Foster strong internal payroll controls and audit readiness

Requirements:
• Five years’ experience in payroll with leadership responsibilities
• Degree in a relevant field preferred
• PCP or CPM certification desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
