As the Life Enrichment Supervisor, you will support the Life Enrichment Manager in planning and executing programs that enrich the physical and social lives of residents. Bring your creativity and robust leadership abilities to create a culture of engagement and joy within our residences. This role emphasizes the importance of active participation and relationship building with seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize activities that meet residents' diverse needs
• Evaluate and improve programming continuously
• Communicate with families, staff, and volunteers




• Maintain a positive public image of the residence
• Conduct resident program assessments regularly

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12; diploma in Recreation or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in recreation or volunteer management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and Smart Serve certified
• Knowledge in dementia care is beneficial
