American Iron & Metal (AIM) is seeking a Site Supervisor to supervise yard operations, lead teams, and ensure health, safety and productivity standards. You will plan daily activities, optimize workflows and collaborate with management to improve processes.
We offer a market-competitive salary CAD 75,000–90,000 per year, vacation and benefits, an RRSP matching program, and an annual tuition scholarship program up to $8,500 for eligible dependents, plus tools and a dynamic, rewarding work environment.
