• Prepare enterprise-wide budget and reforecast materials
• Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance

• Collaborate with various teams to improve processes
• Facilitate the continuous evolution of FP&A; capabilities
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years in financial analysis or FP&A;
• Proficient in financial modeling and Excel
• Experience with Power BI preferred
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Understanding of the real estate market is advantageous
