This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Coach eager to engage directly with C-suite executives and senior leaders. You will spend roughly 70% of your time on one-on-one coaching and 30% on leadership facilitation, driving impactful outcomes. Your experience will guide executives through complex challenges, establish development goals, and build trusted client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions for senior leaders
• Facilitate engaging leadership development workshops




• Lead 360 assessments and provide actionable feedback
• Develop and nurture client relationships
• Adapt coaching techniques based on client needs

Requirements:
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC or MCC) preferred
• 5+ years in executive coaching or related roles
• Experience with senior-level clients, including C-suite
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements
