You’ll work directly under the Health Services Manager, assessing patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans that may include manual and hydrotherapy techniques. Collaboration is key as you communicate with other healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to promote health and wellness. You'll also engage in student supervision, ensuring high-quality training and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for patients
• Create and execute personalized treatment programs




• Facilitate education on rehabilitation for patients and caregivers
• Oversee physiotherapy aides and student helpers
• Contribute to team effectiveness evaluations

Requirements:
• Degree in Physiotherapy (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Registration with Nova Scotia College Regulator
• Current CPR certification
• WHMIS training certification
• Access to reliable transportation for community visits
