As a Community Support Worker at PCCR, you'll be an essential part of a supportive team that champions client independence and well-being. Through advocating, building strong relationships, and encouraging active participation in community life, you'll make a meaningful impact. This position involves creating and executing Personal Service Plans that cater to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate to uphold rights and choices of individuals
• Interact effectively with clients for support
• Empower clients to engage as community citizens




• Assist in creating and documenting Personal Service Plans
• Maintain communication with families and community members

Requirements:
• High school diploma and Community Support Worker certification
• 2 years' experience in relevant sectors
• First Aid/CPR and Food Safe certifications required
• Training in behavior management principles
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
