As the Lead Engineer reporting to the Director of Technical Services, you will oversee process evaluations, optimization strategies, and project execution. Your expertise will guide cross-functional collaboration, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and enhancing operational safety and reliability while supporting sustainable business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead process engineering studies and assessments
• Maintain engineering governance and standards
• Evaluate technical feasibility of emerging opportunities
• Provide support for major projects and capital initiatives
• Coach and foster engineering talent

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• P.Eng. registration in Alberta
• 15+ years of experience in oil and gas
• Proficient in process optimization methodologies
• Excellent strategic planning and communication skills
