Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and check invoices, requisitions, and credit memos
• Engage in the payment process to ensure operational flow
• Code and match vendor invoices correctly




• Reconcile various financial statements with precision
• Address account inquiries promptly for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years in an accounts payable role
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Time management and organizational proficiency
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office; ERP experience is an asset
• Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
