Support patient care at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital as a Registered Nurse I (Float) in the Eastern Urban Zone. Enjoy a permanent full-time position with rotating shifts and specialized incentives.

This critical role in the Regional Medicine Program requires a dedicated Registered Nurse I (Float) to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will provide holistic services, including health promotion and palliative care, while mentoring a nursing team. Robust adherence to nursing documentation and policies ensures the delivery of high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and develop individualized patient care plans
• Provide health promotion and rehabilitative services
• Mentor nursing team members in care delivery




• Ensure compliance with nursing policies and practices
• Collaborate with families to enhance care quality

Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved nursing program
• Current RN licensure with Newfoundland and Labrador College
• Proven satisfactory work performance record
• Ability to lift and maneuver patients safely
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
