Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate small to medium RFx responses with efficiency
• Lead proposal meetings to align team and project goals
• Review RFx documentation for compliance and deliverables
• Create and manage detailed proposal schedules




• Write and tailor proposal content to align with evaluation criteria

Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in proposal coordination
• Strong writing and editing skills with a client-focused approach
• Advanced user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• APMP certification advantageous
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
