CHANEL CANADA ULC is seeking a Repair & Maintenance Manager based in Vancouver for our Oakridge Boutique. You will oversee repair and maintenance requirements, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate with general contractors and trades, while ensuring sustainability and responsible practices.
You will collect needs via field inspections, read architectural plans, manage budget and POs, and develop preventive maintenance programs. Fluency in French is an asset, with travel across Canada possible.
