Key Responsibilities:
• Manage capital project development and implementation
• Coordinate with engineering, contractors, and hospital staff
• Ensure compliance with building codes and legislation




• Oversee project cost estimation and schedules
• Administer construction contracts and tender processes

Requirements:
• Degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in hospital infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with AODA and health safety codes
• Proven project management skills and technical expertise
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project
