The candidate will be responsible for working closely with store leadership to support Community initiatives and deliver meaningful guest experiences through community foundation programs.
The candidate will establish and maintain key local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective members, studio owners, and lululemon Studio partner studios to support guest acquisition and retention.
The candidate will be responsible for connecting with the local community to explore potential Ambassador and partner opportunities and support the store’s community involvement.
The candidate will connect with guests on the sales floor to understand their individual needs, provide technical product education, and support a seamless omnichannel guest experience.
The candidate will be responsible for participating in and supporting Community events at the local and regional level.
The candidate will be responsible for implementing product seeding initiatives with the support of community partners and Ambassadors.




The candidate will review community-related business data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to store leadership regarding Community events and initiatives.
The candidate will contribute to a respectful and inclusive team workplace by valuing and celebrating individual differences among team members.
Job Requirements The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
The candidate must have the ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation.
The candidate must have at least 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.
The candidate with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent or above is considered an asset.
The candidate should have experience building and maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners while supporting team members in achieving goals and activities.
The candidate must foster an inclusive workplace that respects and celebrates individual differences.
The candidate must behave in an honest, fair, and ethical manner at all times.
The candidate must build and maintain professional relationships with team members, guests, and community partners.




The candidate must plan and organize work effectively to ensure tasks are completed according to priorities.
The candidate must work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
The candidate must demonstrate a learner mindset by remaining open to feedback and continuous skill development.
The candidate should demonstrate self-leadership by supporting organizational goals and encouraging team participation.

Work conditions The candidate must be available for varying shifts based on store needs.
The candidate will be required to work shifts that include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The candidate should be willing to work early mornings, late evenings, or overnights during peak periods, special events, or other business needs.
The candidate will be required to work in different locations and environments, including retail stores with bright lights and loud music, as well as various community locations.
The candidate will be required to build relationships with new people, support community partnerships, and participate in fitness or movement-related events.
The candidate will work as part of a team while also completing tasks independently using computers and technical devices when required.
The candidate will receive access to people networks, mentorship programs, and leadership development series.
