He/she is also responsible for preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs; offering product knowledge to customers and expediting orders in a quick and effective manner.ResponsibilitiesDirectly servicing the customer via phone & counter salesProcessing orders, inquiries & quotationsMaintaining a high level of customer serviceConfirming stock availability and suggesting alternativesPutting away counter stockMaintaining the showroom and counter shelvesPicking, receiving and shipping duties when requiredQualificationsExcellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledgeProduct knowledge of the electrical business is essentialGood organizational skillsComputer literacy - proficient with all Microsoft Office and familiar with the AS400Minimum 3 years experience in the electrical industry.Additional InformationThe anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 50000 - 60000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
