The position entails flexible schedule including at least two evenings and some weekends. You will conduct comprehensive assessments and train family members in community settings. Support individuals with developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders while working closely under the supervision of an Ontario Registered Behaviour Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare behavioral and functional assessments
• Develop ABA-based intervention strategies
• Conduct training for families and agencies
• Travel throughout Waterloo Region for client support
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for service delivery

Requirements:
• Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field
• At least two years of clinical experience
• Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorders
• Strong communication skills for consulting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
