The Tort Law Clerk position is central to our commitment to advocacy at Azimi Law. You will contribute significantly to case management while ensuring that all legal documents are prepared accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accident benefit and tort files from intake to resolution
• Prepare legal documents including pleadings and correspondence




• Communicate with clients to update them on case progress
• Interact with insurance adjusters and other third parties
• Perform general administrative duties and file management

Requirements:
• Completed Law clerk or Paralegal program
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Tort cases
• Robust organizational and time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of uLaw is an asset
