Overview Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is looking for a Production Technician to perform tasks involving physical labo u r and operat ing a variety of hand and power tools . The Production Technician will be responsible for efficient assembly of products according to established procedures, following all safety protocols and workplace policies. On the job training is provided. The Location: Hexagon is a global company with offices around the world. This position is based in Dowling Ontario Canada .
Responsibilities Assemble products according to assembly manuals and drawings .
Report defects.
Ensure proper housekeeping.
Follow o perating p rocedures, guidelines, and d rawings to ensure that product specification and tolerance levels are met.
Ensure that product quality requirements are always met.
Identify and use hand tools.
Provides feedback and actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives related to the operation a nd improvement projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma




Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, requiring manual dexterity and versatility.
Ability to use hand tools .
Must be able to communicate effectively with others and be able to work in a team .
Ability to follow written instructions and perform the functions of the job.
Demonstrate attention to detail skills.
Must be able to work in a production environment .
A bility to work in a team environment .
Experience or education in electronics would be considered an asset .
Experience working in an ISO 9001 setting would be considered an asset.
