As the Lead SOC Engineer, you will report directly to the Leader of Threat & Vulnerability Management. This critical role demands minimum seven years of experience in cybersecurity engineering and leadership of cybersecurity initiatives. You'll manage SOC capabilities including SIEM platforms and collaborate closely with incident response teams to enhance detection capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance SOC capabilities, ensuring detection alignment with risk profiles
• Oversee performance and reliability of security monitoring platforms
• Validate detection controls through testing and simulation
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and tech innovation
• Develop and implement detection engineering strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in cybersecurity engineering or related fields
• Solid experience with SIEM and threat intelligence
• Proven knowledge of network security and cloud architectures
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Government security clearance eligibility is required
