In this casual role, you will manage a range of maintenance activities, from cleaning interiors to conducting minor repairs across Coast's housing facilities. Candidates must demonstrate a proactive approach and robust problem-solving skills, facilitating effective maintenance operations. You will monitor supplies and coordinate minor repairs with contractors as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct minor maintenance tasks such as repairs and installations
• Clean and disinfect all areas within the facilities
• Manage maintenance supplies effectively and order as necessary
• On-call support for emergency responses during weekends
• Work independently and utilize sound judgement in tasks
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent with relevant experience
• Skills in small tool operation and basic electrical work
• Current First Aid and WHMIS certifications
• Class 5 Driver's license mandatory
• Willingness to travel across the Lower Mainland for work
