Key Responsibilities:
• Lead organization design initiatives from assessment to implementation
• Develop and refine operating models and governance frameworks




• Partner with leaders to address organizational challenges
• Conduct diagnostics and workforce analyses to identify improvements
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to gather insights

Requirements:
• 6+ years in organization design and operating model design
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
• Experience leading complex workstreams independently
• Advanced facilitation and communication skills
• Knowledge of workforce analytics tools and methods
