This unique 12-month program is tailored for recent nursing graduates, incorporating a structured orientation and guidance from experienced Clinical Guides. Following the initial phase, you will transition to independent practice, ensuring that you continue to receive valuable support as you navigate your recent nursing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing services within communities
• Employ critical thinking in patient care scenarios
• Educate and support patients and their families




• Promote health maintenance and holistic care approaches
• Uphold the organization’s vision and standards

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited nursing education program
• Current eligibility for practice permit with CRNA
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Must be graduated within 12 months before start
• Familiarity with UNA Letter of Understanding #29 for interviews
