Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance in recruitment and retention strategies
• Facilitate current employee orientations and onboarding




• Administer FMLA and other leave requests
• Support performance management processes for staff
• Serve as a primary contact for HR-related questions

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of HR experience or an Associate’s Degree and 1 year
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems preferred
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is beneficial
• PHR or CPP certification preferred
